Match Ticket Sales

The ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of the relevant authorities and in accordance with Burnley Football Club’s ground regulations.

Tickets may not be re-sold.

Cup Competitions
Tickets for cup competitions are priced at normal league admission prices unless stated otherwise. Season Ticket holders can claim their allocated seat during a priority sales period.

Returns & Refunds

The club's policy on the return and distribution of unwanted tickets is as follows.

Supporters can only receive a refund on match tickets prior to kick off of that specific game. Tickets purchased online will need to be received in the ticket office no less than 24 hours prior to Kick Off for the refund to be processed.

Abandoned Fixtures
If a game is abandoned / postponed prior to kick-off anyone who has purchased a match ticket can receive a full refund. However please check local press for ticketing arrangements for the re-arranged fixture.

If a game is abandoned during the first half anyone who has purchased a match ticket will receive 50% refund of the price of the ticket.

If a game is abandoned during the second half - no refunds will be given.

The above is not applicable to Season Ticket Holders who will gain normal entry to the re-arranged fixture.

Match dates and kick off times are subject to change and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and kick off time of the rearranged matches.

Concession prices are available to Under 16’s and 60+.
